Our goal is simple but powerful: to make our mental health curriculum available on every public library computer across the country, free of charge. By providing accessible, proactive mental health resources, we aim to empower communities through education and self-development.
Why Public Libraries?
Public libraries are more than just places to borrow books; they are community hubs where people of all ages and backgrounds can access essential resources. By offering our curriculum in public libraries, we can:
Break Down Barriers
Provide free, accessible mental health tools to anyone with a library card. This ensures that mental health resources reach even the most underserved communities.
Foster Learning
Offer proactive mental health education that empowers individuals to take control of their emotional well-being. Learning these skills early can prevent more severe mental health issues down the road.
Promote Equity
Libraries serve everyone, regardless of their financial situation. Offering our curriculum free of charge levels the playing field, giving everyone an opportunity to build their mental resilience.

Nationwide Rollout
Our initiative aims to place the Un/Do Mindset curriculum on every public library computer in the country. With easy, free access, library users will be able to explore mental health tools tailored to their needs.
Tailored Mental Health Resources
The curriculum provides engaging, interactive lessons on topics like stress management, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and resilience. These lessons are designed to be accessible to all, no matter their age, background, or mental health literacy.
Collaboration with Libraries
We work directly with libraries to ensure seamless integration of our curriculum. Library staff are supported with training and resources to promote the curriculum to their patrons.
The Impact of Our Work
Accessible and Inclusive: Public libraries are gateways to information, and by placing our curriculum on their computers, we make mental health education available to everyone. Whether someone is seeking support for managing anxiety, building resilience, or learning new coping strategies, our curriculum is there to guide them.
Free for All
We believe that mental health tools should never be out of reach because of financial limitations. That’s why our curriculum is offered free of charge to all public library users.
Proactive and Preventive
Rather than waiting for a mental health crisis, our curriculum teaches foundational skills to manage emotions and cope with stress before problems escalate. This proactive approach fosters long-term well-being.
Lifelong Learning
Mental health is a lifelong journey, and our curriculum is designed to grow with its users. From teens facing peer pressure to adults managing work-life balance, our tools help people of all ages navigate life’s challenges.
