What is Un/Do Mindset?

Un/Do Mindset is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible, trauma-informed mental health education through holistic life skills, emotional resilience training, and proactive mindset tools.

Who do you serve?

We serve a wide range of communities including students, educators, first responders, transient individuals, incarcerated individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, new and expecting parents, and more.

How is Un/Do Mindset different from traditional mental health services?

Our programs are proactive, preventative, holistic, and designed to be universally accessible—free, private, and built for real-life application regardless of age, identity, or background.

Programs & Curriculum

What type of curriculum do you offer?

We offer digital, interactive, trauma-informed curriculum built on life skills, mindset development, emotional regulation, and relationship tools. It’s designed for individuals, schools, workplaces, and community organizations.

Can I access your curriculum if I’m not part of a school or partner organization?

Yes! We have options available for individuals, including a general-use subscription and community classes.

Do you offer live classes or just self-paced content?

We offer both! Some programs include weekly virtual classes, and others are self-paced through our online platform.

Volunteering

How can I volunteer with Un/Do Mindset?

You can fill out our Volunteer Interest Form to let us know your availability, interests, and skills. We’ll connect you with the right team.

What kinds of roles are available for volunteers?

We have opportunities in curriculum development, creative content, tech/IT, event coordination, marketing, research, HR, fundraising, and more.

Do I need experience in mental health to volunteer?

Not at all! While some roles benefit from relevant experience, many positions focus on administrative, creative, or operational support.

How is Un/Do Mindset funded?

We are funded by individual donations, grants, fundraising events, and partnerships with mission-aligned organizations and businesses.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Yes, we are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all donations are tax-deductible.

Can I choose which initiative my donation supports?

Absolutely! When donating, you can designate the specific initiative you’d like to support—such as Education, Incarceration, First Responders, LGBTQIA+, etc.

Access & Impact

Is your program really free?

Yes, all our nonprofit curriculum is free for end users, thanks to our funders and donors. We also offer pay-it-forward opportunities and for-profit services to help fund the free model.

Do you have programs outside the U.S.?

Yes! We currently have volunteers and participants in multiple countries and are working to expand our international reach.
